1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (username, display name, email, optional profile links), content you create within the Arena (messages, uploads, form submissions), and basic technical data (IP, device type, session timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To operate the workspace, authenticate users, route messages between founders and Vertex staff, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Third-party providers

Authentication may route through Google, GitHub, or a wallet provider selected by the user. Email delivery, hosting, and analytics may use vetted sub-processors. A full sub-processor list will be published alongside the finalized policy.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus a 12-month archival period. Users may request deletion by writing to [email protected].

5. Your rights
