Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vertex Arena, a private operator workspace operated by Vertex Invest Global Ltd (Company No. 16350228, registered in England and Wales).

1. Eligibility

Vertex Arena is intended exclusively for founders and operators of portfolio projects that have a direct engagement with Vertex. Registration requires an invitation link or a verified email address known to Vertex.

2. Confidentiality

All cohort materials, deal-stage information, portfolio data, and advisor communications are strictly confidential. Redistribution, screenshot sharing, or disclosure to third parties without prior written consent constitutes a material breach.

3. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the platform, nor use Vertex Arena to harass other users, impersonate Vertex staff, or transmit unlawful content.

4. Termination

Vertex may suspend or terminate access at its discretion, including upon completion or early termination of a portfolio engagement. Upon termination, users retain their own data but lose access to cohort-specific materials.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to binding LCIA arbitration in London.
